Neither SWHI nor Bouncer Entertainment LLC will ever sell your personal information, nor will we use it for any purpose other than to communicate with you regarding your account.

When you purchase a hosting plan or submit a contact inquiry, we collect only the information necessary to set up and support your account:

• Name and email address — to create and communicate about your account
• Phone number — only if you opt in to SMS notifications (see below)
• Billing address — required for payment processing
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we never store card numbers
• Domain name — to provision your hosting account

We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are retained for security purposes only.

SMS / Text Message Notifications

We offer optional SMS account notifications (such as account activation confirmations). Participation is entirely voluntary:

• You provide explicit consent by checking the opt-in box on our checkout page — the box is unchecked by default.
• We send SMS messages only for account-related notifications (e.g., "Your hosting account is now active").
• We never send promotional or marketing text messages.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You can also email info@swhi.net or call (561) 801-5822.
• For help, reply HELP to any message.
• We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery and is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provision and manage your hosting account
• To send you account-related communications (login credentials, renewal reminders, service notices)
• To respond to your support requests
• To process payments through Stripe
• To register domain names on your behalf through OpenSRS

We use your information only for the purposes above. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following trusted service providers to operate our business. Each receives only the data necessary to perform their specific function:

• Stripe — payment processing (card data never touches our servers)
• Twilio — SMS delivery (phone number, for opted-in customers only)
• OpenSRS / Tucows — domain name registration

None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need. We do not store payment card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us below.
